Brad Bailey Announces Bid for District Manager

Brad Bailey Declares His Candidacy for District Supervisor

THE WOODLANDS – Brad Bailey, a family man, business expert and local volunteer, today announced his campaign for Woodlands Township Manager. Bailey is a longtime business improvement specialist, whose profession spans from working in a family restaurant community to her current role as vice president of advertising and marketing, communications and business. exteriors for S&B Engineers and Builders.

“Woodlands has been an amazing place for my family,” Bailey said. “I feel truly blessed to name this neighborhood house, and if elected, I will work diligently to protect our way of life. Over the past decade, Bailey has effectively navigated Texas’ complicated licensing and regulatory framework on behalf of corporations, coalitions and associations. As a restaurateur, Brad was named “Nice Houston Restaurant Operator of the 12 month” by the Texas Restaurant Affiliation. Throughout his time at S&B, Brad led S&B’s authorized and regulatory advocacy in Texas and Washington DC.

Still active in his neighborhood, Brad has served on numerous committees with the Houston Livestock Present and Rodeo (HSLR). He is currently captain of the HLSR Business Growth Committee, for which he was awarded “Rookie of the Year” in 2019. Bailey also sits on the board of directors of Related Builders & Contractors (ABC), which represents ABC of Texas. Best space in Houston.

Brad attended Kilgore College where he was the voice of the Kilgore College Rangerettes before completing his undergraduate degree in Advertising, Marketing and Finance at the University of Mississippi. Brad is married to Kim Bailey, a resident of The Woodlands. Brad’s oldest daughter, Brynn, will likely be a freshman at Texas State College this fall. He and Kim even have a 6-year-old son named Brady and a 3-year-old daughter named Brooklyn. The Baileys reside in the village of Cochran’s Crossing and are energetic members of Woodlands Methodist Church.
