Qualification :
i) Science graduate preferably with a major
ii) Experience in running S&T based institutes / Voluntary S&T based organization at state bloc level
iii) Have a flair for bringing science, technology and innovation to students and ordinary people with willful zeal
iv) The candidate must reside in the respective district for which he applied
Age : 18-58 years old
